How transshipment works
Tug and barge sets collect cargo from the loading jetty or terminal, then transit to the nominated anchorage.
The barge is positioned alongside the floating crane, which grabs and lifts cargo into the mother vessel’s holds.
Holds are trimmed, draft survey confirms tonnage, documents are released, and the vessel sails within laycan.
